As a Pflugerville Native, I am committed to serving the community I grew up in. Pflugerville is at a critical moment where it is seeing unprecedented levels of growth. Focused leadership is needed that can ensure existing and future citizens are provided with the high standard of living promised by our city motto. The city's population is also expected to double within the next decade. As it become increasingly diverse, policymakers must ensure that the needs of all citizens are met. As councilman, I will be your voice in crucial decisions, and will persistently do all I can to serve you.

Hello y'all! My name is Victor To, and I am looking to be your next city councilman. I am a Pflugerville Native, an alum of the PFISD School system, and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. What I bring to the table is experienced leadership with a resilient passion for serving the community.
